Rodan and Fields Lash Boost is one of the best lash solutions you can use to get longer, fuller lashes every day. It contains high-quality ingredients that help promote new lash growth, and at the same time, help to strengthen your existing lashes and help them grow longer and stronger as well.
This gives you amazing results in just 4-6 weeks of daily use so that you’ll have longer, thicker lashes without having to wear false eyelashes or mascara on a daily basis.
Rodan and Fields Lash Boost Application
Follow the steps below to know how to apply the Rodan and Fields Lash Boost.
Preparing Your Eyes
Before applying Lash Boost, take time to prepare your eyes for the best results. First, thoroughly cleanse your eyelids with a gentle washcloth or a special kind of pad made specifically for your eye area.
Next, use warm water to heat up your lash line, loosening any leftover makeup residue or dead skin that could be in your way of achieving fuller-looking lashes. (You can use a few drops of castor oil to help.)
Then use an oil-free cleanser to rinse off any leftover residue. Afterward, pat dry with a clean towel and let it air-dry before moving on to application.
Applying Lash Boost
Once you’ve removed your mascara, dab a little of Lash Boost onto your lash line with an eyeliner brush (note: it may feel sticky, but it ends up drying completely). If you don’t have an eyeliner brush in hand, apply using clean fingers or a cotton swab.
Wait for 20 seconds before applying a second coat; building up multiple layers will maximize your results! (If you find that building up layers causes irritation to your eyes, then consider using any other mascara that won’t irritate as easily).
Also note: The lash boost is compatible with both water and oil-based mascara formulas. However, if you use waterproof mascara, be sure to remove it first with a makeup remover. This product can be used on both upper and lower lashes.
For added volume, try applying a few coats to your bottom lashes only. You can also apply a layer of Lash Boost over any existing mascara for additional thickness and length. You can even wear Lash Boost alone for natural-looking lashes without using mascara at all!
Applying Mascara
Mascara can make your eyes look bigger, bring out your lashes and make you look more awake. Applying it correctly is one of those skills that require a bit of practice. This can be difficult because most people don’t want to wear falsies every day while they perfect their mascara application skills.
Fortunately, there are ways to increase how long it takes for you to apply your mascara so you don’t have to go without any product on your lashes (and false lashes aren’t cheap). Start by using a good primer before applying your mascara.
Then, focus on using shorter strokes as opposed to longer ones when applying. Making sure you get all of your lashes in each stroke will help ensure that you don’t miss any spots when applying mascara.
Finally, wait until after you’ve applied all of your lash boost before putting on your mascara; doing so will help keep everything in place and reduce smudging from occurring as well.
Touch Ups
Before you begin applying your lash boost, be sure that you have no oily residue on your fingers. Wash them thoroughly before you start to apply. You can also use an eyelid scrub or a makeup remover to remove any excess residue from your eyes or face before application.
Always make sure that your skin is dry before you start, as wet hands will cause dripping of product down onto other areas of your skin. Remove all facial lotions, soaps, and make-up while applying.
Gently wipe off any extra water in front of your eyelashes with a tissue, prior to product application. When making use of moisturizers, be careful not to use them within 24 hours prior to the time the lash boost was applied, because they can interfere with results!
Maintenance Tips
As you carry out your daily activities, feel free to use Rodan and Fields lash boost as required. However, it’s important to note that using it more than twice a day may lead to a build-up of some substances on your lashes.
Simply apply your normal cleanser, morning and night for about three days until all traces of lash boost are removed from your lashes. Now you can use lash boost daily! You should also avoid applying lash boost in a way that it’ll get into your eyes.
While most people won’t experience any problems if they do get the lash boost in their eyes, it is recommended that you avoid doing so just to be safe. If you do accidentally get lash boost in your eye(s), flush them with cold water immediately.
